STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Training designed with the aim of aiding in sporting performance. A needs analysis of the individual and the sport is used to design and then implement a specific training stimulus to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. If you are wanting to get fitter, faster, stronger for your sport, this is the training for you. Sessions start at £35 per session.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Don't want to train on your own? Train with one or two friends to get that extra motivation and support. You can book as a small group for both PT and S&C sessions. Sessions start at £20 per person.
SPORT TEAM TRAINING
All your team strength and conditioning needs met. Whether it is a full pre-season/in-season programme, smaller blocks of training, or one off sessions. Want your team fitter, faster, stronger, better and more resilience to potential injury? We can provide gym or field based training for your team/s. P.O.A
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS
Monthly payment plans are designed for the individual who is wanting longer-term support and regular training. Payments are split into monthly amounts to reduce the initial outlay for the sessions. If you are willing to commit to 3+ months of training and have a set number of sessions each week, this option is for you. Prices start at £140 per month.
